Recovery from Injury

After suffering a severe hamstring injury, I was looking for anyway I could to get healthy. Playing for the
U of C Dinos Football Team, I needed a quick and permanent solution. After my first yoga session, I left feeling hopeful about a recovery. After a month or so of classes with Margau, I began to notice not just full strength and flexibility in my hamstring but also flexibility in other aspects of my training. My Olympic lifts, in particular, seemed to dramatically increase in the weight that I could lift. With the added flexibility, it became much easier to push my body to the limit. With yoga and some physiotherapy, I feel confident that my injury has healed completely.
