Journey to Wellness

Margau’s small group yoga classes have allowed me to focus on my own journey to wellness. With experienced guidance on correct form and alignment, I am learning how to properly hold poses that

allow for building strength and stability.

This is a welcoming class for everyone at any age or fitness level that allows you to slow down and

become more mindful in your practice. Margau’s teachings have allowed me to disconnect from my everyday stresses and to just breathe. I have found that I am still flexible into my 50s and with continued practice I feel that this is something I can incorporate into my daily life to bring calm, health and wellness.
