Grounded and Balanced

During a yoga class, I enjoy pushing the limits of my flexibility, balancing my body in the poses and the effect that the breathing gives me. I feel that I am getting deeper in the poses and I have greater all around strength. Yoga practice helps me to feel a lot calmer. When training for other sports, I have noticed an improvement in my mental game as well. I would encourage everyone of all ages and walks of life to try it. You are never too old or too young. It’s never too late to start yoga.
Wayne complements his sports activities with yoga. A squash competitor, Wayne says that yoga keeps him grounded and balanced in sports and in life.
