Glue for all my training

After practising yoga for four years with Margau, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my game. My core muscles are stronger giving me greater stability.

My flexibility has improved for maximum rotational ability.

And my endurance has increased so I’m not exhausted by the time I get to the 14th tee.

From a mental perspective, I am able to stay calm and focused and as a result, my enjoyment of the game has doubled.

Yoga has become the glue for all my training. What I have learned in yoga practice I’ve incorporated into all aspects of my training regime. Consequently, my training has grown to be something more than simply physical.
