All movements originate at the core and it is the foundation of every action.

Avoid this pose unless you are practising under the supervision of an experienced teacher.
Plank Pose Directions:
Hold the pose at this lower height, do not push up. If you find there is too much pressure at your wrists, perform the pose on your forearms.
