Energy Booster Protein Shake

Enjoy this Protein-packed and Anti-Inflammatory shake for a quick and lasting burst of energy at breakfast, before a workout or any time you need a boost.
1 banana
½ cup blueberries
2 dates, soaked*
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds, soaked*
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, soaked*
½ tsp spirulina powder
½ tsp maca powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 cups filtered water
* Soak overnight in filtered water, drain and rinse with fresh water. The soaking process improves digestibility and nutritional value.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or as desired. Adjust sweetness to taste.
